Gaz to open Michael’s in Blackrock Village Centre

We are thrilled that celebrated chef Gaz (Gareth Smith) is to open Michael’s steak and seafood restaurant in the centre.

As Gaz puts it: “I’ve always watched in awe at how quickly Blackrock became a culinary oasis, it’s a special place full of wonderful innovative people and they’ve led the way and done lots of amazing things. We’re so pleased that after months of working closely together with the Blackrock Village Centre, we have really bonded & put together a mutually beneficial opportunity for the long term that will allow us to invest properly.
