Customer Service
If you require any assistance whilst visiting the centre please use the Customer Services intercom on the pay stations to talk to a staff member. You can also or talk directly to one of our staff members on the mall who will be only too happy to assist you.
All staff at the centre are trained to the highest standard of customer service.
Wheel Chairs
The centre provides a wheel chair facility for the use of customers with mobility issues. Please note the centre's travellators are not designed to accommodate wheelchairs so please contact security on 01 210 4618 as they can assist with access to the upper and lowers malls via a lift.
Health & Safety and First Aid
Blackrock Village Centre has a number of staff that are first aid trained for your health & safety. Blackrock Village Centre does not allow bikes, scooters or skateboards etc on the malls. We are also a no-smoking centre.
Car Parking
The centre provides above the ground and underground car parking, including parent & child an disabled parking spaces. We also have NoH2O car cleaning and valet service in the lower car park. We also have electric vehicle car charging bays as well as bike parking facilities. The users of this car park do so at their own risk. the management will not accept liability for any accidents damage or loss incurred.

- Customers if you spend €10 or more in SuperValu, you will get your first two hours of parking FREE!

There is an ATM in the centre on the lower mall beside the public toilets at the lower car park entrance.
Security & CCTV
For your safety we have 24 hour security and a high tech digital CCTV camera system covering the centre.
Baby Changing
Baby changes facilities plus disabled toilet are provided within the main toilet area
Free Wi-Fi
We have Free Wi-Fi available throughout the centre.
Electric Vehicle Charging facilities
We have electric vehicle charging facilities in both the upper and lower car parks.
Dog Guidelines
Please read through the following guidelines when it comes to your canine friends in the centre! We are a dog friendly environment, but we do ask that you keep your dog on a lead and under control at all times - and please do not leave little Buster unattended. We would also appreciate it if you would clean up any little accidents that may occur. We ask that you also respect the policies of individual retailers when it comes to dogs and entry to their stores. Blackrock Village Centre welcomes all well-behaved dogs, but we also reserve the right to refuse entry. If you have any questions about the centre's dog policy just ask one of our management or security team.
