Customer Service
If you require any assistance whilst visiting the centre please use the Customer Services intercom on the pay stations to talk to a staff member. You can also or talk directly to one of our staff members on the mall who will be only too happy to assist you.
All staff at the centre are trained to the highest standard of customer service.
Wheel Chairs
The centre provides a wheel chair facility for the use of customers with mobility issues. These can be accessed by contacting the centre office control room on 01 2104618
Health & Safety and First Aid
Blackrock Village Centre has a number of staff that are first aid trained for your health & safety. Also in the interests of health and safety we only permit guide or assist dogs on the malls. Again, for health and safety reasons, we do not allow bikes, scooters or skateboards etc on the malls. We are also a no-smoking centre.
Car Parking
The centre provides above the ground and underground car parking, including parent & child an disabled parking spaces. We also have NoH2O car cleaning and valet service in the lower car park. We also have electric vehicle car charging bays as well as bike parking facilities..

- All subsequent hours €5 (per hour or part thereof)
- Customers if you spend €10 or more in SuperValu you will get your first two hours of parking FREE!
- There is FREE parking for all customers from 9am to noon daily!
Facilities
There is an ATM in the centre on the lower mall beside the public toilets at the lower car park entrance.
Security & CCTV
For your safety we have 24 hour security and a high tech digital CCTV camera system covering the centre.
Baby Changing
Baby changes facilities plus disabled toilet are provided within the main toilet area
Outdoor Food Market
The artisan food market in the centre has been discontinued until further notice
Free Wi-Fi
We have Free Wi-Fi available throughout the centre.
Electric Vehicle Charging facilities
We have electric vehicle charging facilities in both the upper and lower car parks.
Gift Card Machine
We have a Blackrock Village Centre Gift Card machine on the upper mall
