All staff at the centre are trained to the highest standard of customer service.
The centre provides a wheel chair facility for the use of customers with mobility issues. These can be accessed by contacting the centre office control room on 01 2104618
Blackrock Village Centre has a number of staff that are first aid trained for your health & safety. Also in the interests of health and safety we only permit guide or assist dogs on the malls. Again, for health and safety reasons, we do not allow bikes, scooters or skateboards etc on the malls. We are also a no-smoking centre.
The centre provides above the ground and underground car parking, including parent & child an disabled parking spaces. We also have NoH2O car cleaning and valet service in the lower car park. We also have electric vehicle car charging bays as well as bike parking facilities. The users of this car park do so at their own risk. the management will not accept liability for any accidents damage or loss incurred.

There is an ATM in the centre on the lower mall beside the public toilets at the lower car park entrance.
For your safety we have 24 hour security and a high tech digital CCTV camera system covering the centre.
Baby changes facilities plus disabled toilet are provided within the main toilet area
The artisan food market in the centre has been discontinued until further notice
We have Free Wi-Fi available throughout the centre.
We have electric vehicle charging facilities in both the upper and lower car parks.
We have a Blackrock Village Centre Gift Card machine on the upper mall
