Special Visitor to Blackrock Village Centre

An Taoiseach, Mr Micheál Martin T.D. managed to take time out of a busy schedule to pay a flash visit to Blackrock Village Centre and receive a warm welcome from Centre Manager Seamus Carroll and Michael Hayes of the centre management office.
